Role & Responsibilities:
Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to enhance our automation capabilities, particularly in areas like document understanding.
Explore and implement advanced AI/ML techniques, potentially including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Analyze large datasets to extract insights and inform product development.
Collaborate with engineers and product managers to integrate data science solutions into the Comulate platform.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML and identify opportunities for application.
Measure and iterate on model performance.

Ideal Candidate:
Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
Strong programming skills (e.g., Python) and experience with ML libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Experience with NLP and document processing techniques is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
