Role & Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable, and critical systems.
Tackle ambiguous technical challenges and drive architectural decisions.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers on the team.
Collaborate with product and leadership to define technical strategy and roadmap.
Contribute high-quality code using our stack (TypeScript, Postgres, React, GraphQL, Next.js).
Uphold high standards for engineering excellence, testing, and operational rigor.

Ideal Candidate:
Extensive software engineering experience (typically 8+ YoE) with a proven track record of technical leadership.
Deep expertise in system design, architecture, and modern web technologies (similar to our stack).
Experience building and operating large-scale, mission-critical systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical direction.
Passion for mentoring and growing engineers.
