Role & Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate new product opportunities based on market research, customer feedback, and strategic goals.
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new product areas.
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for new initiatives, from ideation to launch and iteration.
Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams.
Define and analyze metrics to measure the success of new products.
Act as a subject matter expert for new product domains.

Ideal Candidate:
Significant experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of launching successful new products or features, preferably in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or InsurTech.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to identify market opportunities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in an agile environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity.
