Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent across all departments (Engineering, Product, Sales, Operations, etc.).
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and define effective hiring plans.
Enhance employer branding initiatives and candidate experience.
Utilize data and metrics to track recruiting performance and identify areas for improvement.
Potentially manage and mentor junior recruiting staff as the team grows.

Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical positions.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
