Our platform includes smart scheduling, contactless check-in, dock management, yard management, and more, all in one place. We serve one of the largest, most important industries in the world. Our ideal customer is in the logistics industry, and we have proof that we make their operations more efficient. **About The Role:** We are looking for a product-minded engineer to help accelerate our efforts in building the operating system for shipping and receiving. We believe that there is tremendous value to be created by working closely with our customers and bringing modern solutions to their problems. We are growing rapidly month by month, and delivering new features that delight our users. **Responsibilities:** - Work closely with customers to understand their needs and build solutions that delight them. - Design and implement features for our operating system. - Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define and prioritize product requirements. - Build and maintain our product roadmap. - Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement. - Present product vision and strategy to stakeholders. - Ensure product quality and reliability through rigorous testing and feedback loops. **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a product engineer with 3+ years in the field. - Strong technical background with knowledge of software development lifecycles. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to align stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams. - Experience working with customers to define product requirements and solve complex problems. - A track record of contributing to long-term technical roadmaps and making thoughtful system-level tradeoffs. - Passion for logistics and warehouse operations. **Nice-to-Haves:** - Experience with full-stack development. - Familiarity with logistics or warehouse operations. - Experience with API design and integration. **What You''ll Gain:** - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Opportunity to make a significant impact in the logistics industry. - Fast-paced, innovative environment with rapid growth. - Hybrid work model with flexibility. - Collaborative team that values your input and expertise.
