Lead AI/ML Engineer - Lead Optimization

As our Lead AI/ML Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling the intelligence behind our Medicare sales platform, working at the intersection of applied machine learning, product, and infrastructure.

This hybrid role (Boston, MA base) requires you to lead a small team of AI/ML and software engineers, providing mentorship while designing, building, and productionizing machine learning models. You'll develop cutting-edge systems using LLMs and traditional ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, etc.), create efficient data pipelines, and implement MLOps best practices. Your work will directly impact our ability to provide personalized recommendations and improve customer outcomes.

Minimum qualifications include 5+ years of applied machine learning experience, expertise with Python, ML frameworks, and AI infrastructure. A track record of leading teams and deploying models in production is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and healthcare applications.
