About The Role: We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will build the core backend systems that power our top-of-funnel operations, including lead tracking, partner integrations, and AI-driven qualification processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend systems using TypeScript and NestJS
• Optimize database performance and data flow with PostgreSQL
• Implement cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams on model deployment and integration
• Ensure system reliability and performance under high load
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in backend engineering with modern stacks
• Proficiency in TypeScript, NestJS, and Node.js
• Strong database skills with PostgreSQL and SQL optimization
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration and data pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Compensation: The estimated pay range for this role is $130,000 - $156,000, plus equity.
