Our platform integrates with IDEs like VS Code and JetBrains, and supports various AI models and development practices.

About The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of features for our AI code assistant and the hub of tools and models. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing complex systems that power our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of new features and products.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews.
• Optimize system performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define requirements and solutions.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of our applications.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in TypeScript, Kotlin, Rust, and Go.
• Proven track record of building scalable and reliable systems.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects.
• Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about developer tools and AI, with a focus on building innovative solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Compensation:

The estimated pay range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000. Additionally, this role is eligible for equity.
