Company: Converge (YC S23) is a rapidly growing startup building a deeply integrated data stack specifically designed for marketers. Backed by $5.6M from YC and prominent founders (Posthog, Algolia, Showpad, Shipbob), we've achieved $1M+ ARR with ~200 customers, supported by a small, dedicated team of 4. Our infrastructure handles significant scale, processing approximately 4000 jobs per second and billions of dollars in e-commerce transactions. We aim to provide marketers with a 10x better experience in understanding customer acquisition channels.

Role: We are seeking a talented and motivated Founding Full-Stack Engineer to join our core team in NYC (Onsite). As a foundational member, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product, technology stack, and engineering culture. This is a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on a well-funded, fast-growing company.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable full-stack features for our marketing data platform.
- Build and maintain realtime data pipelines capable of handling high-volume e-commerce transaction data.
- Create complex data analysis tools and intuitive user interfaces to help marketers gain actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team, product, and design to define technical requirements and product roadmap.
- Contribute across the entire stack, from infrastructure and backend services to frontend development.
- Tackle interesting and challenging technical problems related to data processing, analysis, and visualization at scale.

Technical Skills & Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer, comfortable working with both frontend and backend technologies.
- Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (Specific stack details would ideally come from the linked content, but generally strong fundamentals in languages like Python, Node.js, Go, or similar, and frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular are expected).
- Experience building and scaling data-intensive applications and realtime systems.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, job processing systems, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is a significant plus.
- Passionate about building high-quality software and solving complex problems.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Must be willing and able to work onsite in our NYC office.

Compensation: Competitive package including $220,000 USD annual salary and 0.8% equity.
