**About The Role:** CoPlane is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join our team. This role involves working directly with enterprise customers to understand their automation challenges and implement AI-powered solutions using our platform. As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer at CoPlane, you will be responsible for applying machine learning techniques to enhance our platform's capabilities and solve customer-specific problems.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement AI-powered features for our platform
- Collaborate with customers to understand their automation needs
- Apply machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems
- Optimize AI models for performance and accuracy
- Integrate AI capabilities with our platform's backend services
- Monitor and improve AI model performance in production
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning

**Required Skills:**
- 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering
- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with machine learning model development and deployment
- Strong understanding of statistics and mathematics
- Familiarity with cloud-based ML services
- Experience with natural language processing or computer vision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
