Company: Cora AI is reimagining how B2B companies engage and delight their customers using AI agents to rebuild customer operations, enabling high-touch service at scale while making relationships feel more human. Backed by Acrew Capital, Emerson Collective, Recall Capital and notable angels.

Role: As one of the first engineering hires, you'll work directly with the co-founder and CTO to architect and build Cora from the ground up. You'll have significant influence over the roadmap and help establish the engineering culture.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Build seamless integrations with enterprise platforms (Slack, MS Teams, etc.).
- Create elegant and responsive frontend experiences using React and Vite.
- Develop the core workflow engine for event and schedule-based automations.
- Help shape the technical roadmap and make key architectural decisions.
- Work closely with customers to iterate on product features.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of production engineering experience.
- Strong Python expertise and experience with modern web frameworks (FastAPI).
- Deep experience with React and modern frontend development (Vite).
- Track record of building complex integrations with enterprise platforms.
- Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures.
- Experience with applied AI and integrating with ML systems is a big plus.
