Job Description: We are seeking a Founding Full Stack Engineer to join our early-stage team and help build the foundation of our product. As a founding engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping our technology stack and driving the development of our AI-powered customer experience platform. You will work closely with the product team to define requirements, design systems, and implement features that delight customers.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement full-stack solutions using Python, FastAPI, React, and Vite
- Collaborate with the product team to define and prioritize features
- Build and maintain a scalable backend infrastructure using FastAPI and Python
- Create intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React and Vite
- Contribute to the company''s technical roadmap and make architectural decisions
- Mentor other engineers and help establish best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks
- Experience with FastAPI, React, and Vite
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalability principles
- Experience with database design and optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for AI and its applications in customer experience

Compensation: The estimated pay range for this role is $175,000 - $220,000 + early equity. This is a full-time position with a remote-first approach (USA only, CA and NY preferred).
