Job Description: We are seeking a Founding Applied AI/ML Engineer to join our early-stage team and help build the foundation of our product. As a founding engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping our technology stack and driving the development of our AI-powered customer experience platform. You will work closely with the product team to define requirements, design systems, and implement features that delight customers.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries
- Integrate AI/ML models into the company''s product stack
- Collaborate with the product team to identify opportunities for AI/ML applications
- Conduct research on cutting-edge AI techniques and apply them to our problems
- Build and maintain data pipelines for training and deploying models
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency
- Contribute to the company''s technical roadmap and make architectural decisions
- Mentor other engineers and help establish best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an AI/ML engineer
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks
- Experience with deep learning, natural language processing, and recommendation systems
- Strong understanding of statistics and algorithms
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for AI and its applications in customer experience

Compensation: The estimated pay range for this role is $175,000 - $220,000 + early equity. This is a full-time position with a remote-first approach (USA only, CA and NY preferred).
