We are on a mission to empower Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to establish and run their own primary care practices. We provide a comprehensive suite of software and services, including a free EHR, integrated billing, virtual receptionist support, and assistance with insurance credentialing and patient acquisition. Our goal is to eliminate administrative burdens using modern technology and AI, allowing NPs to focus on delivering high-quality patient care. We've raised $7.5M from prominent investors like First Round Capital, Homebrew, and founders of DoorDash and Clover Health, and are experiencing rapid growth, evidenced by our NP waitlist and status as the fastest growing primary care network in Arizona.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full-Stack Engineer to join our team as our second engineering hire. You will work directly alongside our founding engineer and co-founders, playing a crucial role in shaping our product and technology from the ground up. This is an onsite role in Santa Monica, CA.

Responsibilities:
*   Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features for our core platform.
*   Integrate multiple complex external systems, such as payment processing, insurance eligibility verification, electronic prescribing, and lab ordering.
*   Build internal tools, accelerated by AI, to improve efficiency for NPs and our operations team.
*   Take significant ownership over core components of the product architecture and development lifecycle.
*   Contribute to building a scalable, reliable, and maintainable codebase.
*   Collaborate closely with the founding team to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
*   Operate in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed of execution with long-term system quality.

Technical Skills Required:
*   Strong proficiency in our tech stack: TypeScript, Node.js, React, and GraphQL.
*   Experience building and consuming APIs.
*   Solid understanding of database design and querying (e.g., PostgreSQL).
*   Familiarity with modern web development practices and tools.
*   Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
*   Experience with AI/ML integration is a plus.
