Company: Count is a canvas-based BI tool combining aspects of Jupyter, Tableau, and Miro, designed to help data teams drive business improvement through better analysis and collaboration.

Role: We're seeking a Data Consultant to join our Sales & Success team. You will be instrumental in helping our customers maximize the value they get from Count, acting as a trusted advisor and product expert.

Responsibilities:
*   Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their data challenges and business goals.
*   Demonstrate how Count's features (canvas, SQL/Python cells, visualizations, metrics layer) can address customer needs.
*   Develop and deliver tailored demos, workshops, and training sessions.
*   Build example canvases, reports, and analyses showcasing best practices within Count.
*   Advise customers on data modeling, query optimization, and data visualization strategies relevant to using Count effectively.
*   Gather customer feedback and liaise with the product and engineering teams to inform product development.
*   Contribute to building resources like documentation, tutorials, and case studies.

Technical Skills Required:
*   Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in SQL is essential. Python experience is beneficial.
*   Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Metabase) and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
*   Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
*   Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
*   Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., consulting, sales engineering, customer success, technical account management) is highly desirable.
