We are looking for a Programmatic Manager to join our Ad Monetization team, taking charge of our advertising operations.

Key outcomes for this role:

  • Within 1 month: Understand CrazyGames’ ad tech stack, partners, and processes.
  • Within 3 months: Review current setup, identify immediate improvements, handle requests from campaign setup to reporting, and find areas for optimization.
  • Within 6 months: Identify opportunities for optimization across our ad stack.
  • Within 12 months: Lead strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Job requirements:

  • Relevant experience in programmatic advertising (DSPs, SSPs, ID solutions, CMPs).
  • Confident knowledge of how programmatic pieces fit together.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts around programmatic advertising.
  • Deep understanding of the advertising market, including programmatic.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Nosy and inquisitive nature to understand how everything works and can be improved.
  • Candidates must be based in Europe (including the UK), Africa, or the Middle East to overlap with European working hours.
