We are looking for a Programmatic Manager to join our Ad Monetization team, taking charge of our advertising operations.
Key outcomes for this role:
- Within 1 month: Understand CrazyGames’ ad tech stack, partners, and processes.
- Within 3 months: Review current setup, identify immediate improvements, handle requests from campaign setup to reporting, and find areas for optimization.
- Within 6 months: Identify opportunities for optimization across our ad stack.
- Within 12 months: Lead strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Job requirements:
- Relevant experience in programmatic advertising (DSPs, SSPs, ID solutions, CMPs).
- Confident knowledge of how programmatic pieces fit together.
- Ability to understand technical concepts around programmatic advertising.
- Deep understanding of the advertising market, including programmatic.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Nosy and inquisitive nature to understand how everything works and can be improved.
- Candidates must be based in Europe (including the UK), Africa, or the Middle East to overlap with European working hours.
