CrazyGames is seeking a Product Engineer to play a crucial role in building and enhancing their global browser games platform used by over 40 million monthly users. This full-stack role combines deep technical expertise with product management responsibilities, allowing you to directly impact the platform used by millions of gamers worldwide. You’ll work in a fast-paced, expert-driven environment focused on innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Within 1 month: Become familiar with the codebase, fix bugs, and contribute to larger changes for our 40M+ users.
  • Within 3 months: Implement user-facing features end-to-end and conduct experiments to improve core metrics.
  • Within 6 months: Take ownership of adding features to progress-saving functionality, enabling users to restore their progress.
  • Within 12 months: Understand the high-level architecture to coordinate large new features across multiple code projects.

As a Product Engineer at CrazyGames, you’ll:

  • Implement and refine web UI elements and interactions based on designs.
  • Develop and integrate new features that enhance the core platform experience.
  • Conduct experiments to improve core metrics and platform performance.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to prioritize features and define technical requirements.
  • Optimize platform performance and scalability to handle millions of users.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage websites or web products successfully.
  • Strong software engineering skills with knowledge of technical concepts in web development.
  • Experience interpreting data to drive development choices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
