Programmatic Manager Advertising DSP SSP CMP Revenue Monetization Data Analysis Management

CrazyGames, a leading browser games platform serving over 40 million users monthly, is seeking a Programmatic Manager to lead their Ad Monetization team. You’ll oversee advertising operations, ensuring efficiency, optimization, and growth in ad revenue streams while maintaining a seamless gaming experience.

Key Outcomes:

  • Within 1 month: Understand CrazyGames’ ad tech stack, partners, and processes.
  • Within 3 months: Review current workflows, identify improvements, handle requests from campaign setup to partner reporting, and find optimization areas.
  • Within 6 months: Identify opportunities for optimization across the ad stack.
  • Within 12 months: Lead strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth in conjunction with the leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage advertising operations and ensure efficiency and optimization.
  • Deal with incoming requests ranging from campaign setup to partner reporting.
  • Analyze data to find areas for yield optimization and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role at a Publisher, Agency, or Ad Tech company.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising (DSPs, SSPs, ID solutions, CMPs).
  • Ability to understand technical concepts around programmatic advertising.
  • Eye for detail, ability to spot patterns in large datasets, and inquisitiveness to understand how everything works.
  • Deep understanding of the advertising market, including the programmatic market.
  • Candidates must be based in Europe, Africa, or the Middle East to overlap with European business hours.
