We are growing fast and hiring for a Sr. Software Engineer to join our Platform team.

This is a high-impact role focused on scaling our platform, improving existing features, and writing clean, performant code. You will be instrumental in evolving our cloud-native microservices architecture that powers the ATLAS platform, which includes applications for monitoring, control, optimization (like Energy AI), and data visualization for large industrial facilities.

Responsibilities:
*   Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software for the ATLAS platform.
*   Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
*   Focus on scaling systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation, and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.
*   Contribute to the core infrastructure and services that underpin our customer-facing applications.

Technical Skills Required:
*   Deep experience with Go (Golang).
*   Proven track record of building, deploying, and scaling cloud-native microservices.
*   Strong understanding of distributed systems principles.
*   Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

Bonus Experience:
*   Experience with OpenTelemetry for observability.
*   Familiarity with the Goa framework.
*   Experience with industrial control systems, IoT, or time-series data.
