**About The Role:** We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer focused on growth metrics and data analysis to help us build and scale the systems that drive user acquisition and engagement. You will work on data analysis, A/B testing, and feature flags to optimize our growth metrics and product performance.

**What You'll Do / Responsibilities:** 
- Design and implement experiments to measure the impact of new features
- Analyze user data to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key performance indicators
- Optimize conversion funnels and user onboarding processes
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define growth objectives
- Build infrastructure for data collection and analysis
- Stay ahead of industry trends in growth and data engineering

**What You'll Bring / Requirements / Qualifications:** 
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on growth
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and data analysis tools
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis
- Strong background in statistics and data visualization
- Proven track record of improving growth metrics in previous roles
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Familiarity with machine learning models for prediction and optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
