About The Role: We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer focused on growth metrics and data analysis to help us build and scale the systems that drive user acquisition and engagement. You will work on data analysis, A/B testing, and feature flags to optimize our growth metrics and product performance.

What You’ll Do / Responsibilities:

• Design and implement experiments to measure the impact of new features
• Analyze user data to identify opportunities for growth
• Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key performance indicators
• Optimize conversion funnels and user onboarding processes
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define growth objectives
• Build infrastructure for data collection and analysis
• Stay ahead of industry trends in growth and data engineering

What You’ll Bring / Requirements / Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on growth
• Expertise in Python, SQL, and data analysis tools
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis
• Strong background in statistics and data visualization
• Proven track record of improving growth metrics in previous roles
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Familiarity with machine learning models for prediction and optimization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
