About The Role: We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be the technical advocate for our customers, helping them implement and optimize our build acceleration tools. You’ll work closely with engineering, sales, and product teams to ensure our solutions meet customer needs and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate Depot’s products in customer environments
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers
  • Collaborate with sales to identify customer requirements
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to product teams
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Stay current with industry trends in build optimization
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in customer environments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical consulting or solutions engineering
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycles
  • Strong knowledge of build tools (GitHub Actions, Docker, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
  • Experience working with distributed teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of technical experience
