Role Overview:
Join Dialog as the third member of our Tech team in the role of Technology Associate. This remote position offers major growth opportunities within our organization.

Responsibilities:
You will leverage low/no-code tools, potentially writing or editing basic scripts for automations, and apply software development principles to low/no-code systems. Responsibilities also include providing tech support and managing tasks efficiently and urgently.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience as either a low/no-code expert OR 2-5 years as a software engineer with experience or interest in building with low/no-code tools.
- Solid understanding of relational database structures.
- Tech support experience.
- Detail-oriented, fast communicator, and able to manage tasks urgently.
- Portfolio showing your passion for tech (projects, freelance work, etc.).

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are seeking candidates who fit one of the following profiles:
A) A low/no-code developer with the ability to write or edit basic scripts to use in automations.
OR
B) A software developer with knowledge/experience in relational database structures, interested in putting their engineering mind to use in low/no-code systems.
