**About The Role:** Digital Onboarding is seeking a Senior Full-stack Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building features that help financial institutions improve their customer onboarding experience. You will work on our Elixir + Phoenix backend and React + Redux frontend, and you will have the opportunity to impact how financial institutions connect with their customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Elixir and Phoenix.
- Develop user interfaces using React and Redux that are intuitive, responsive, and engaging.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to handle increasing traffic and data volume.
- Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, and continuously improve system stability and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices.

**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in Elixir and Phoenix for backend development.
- Experience with React and Redux for building dynamic front-end applications.
- Solid understanding of functional programming paradigms and SQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience with Elixir is a must.

**Nice-to-Haves:**
- Experience with AWS Lambda or other serverless technologies.
