Our team brings together elite AI researchers, engineers, and strategists from Palantir, OpenAI, Apple, and the nation's top research laboratories. **Role Overview:** We are seeking a talented Product Designer to shape the user experience of Distyl's AI platform and solutions. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to create intuitive, effective, and elegant interfaces for complex AI-driven workflows within enterprise environments. **Responsibilities:** - Design user interfaces, interaction flows, and user experiences for Distyl's AI platform and client-facing applications. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions. - Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure faithful implementation of designs. - Contribute to and maintain our design system. - Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process. - Understand the complexities of enterprise workflows and design solutions that integrate seamlessly. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work (especially enterprise or complex applications). - Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite). - Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. - Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail. - Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. **Ideal Candidate:** You are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences for complex technical products. You have a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centered design, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. **Location & Type:** This is a Full-Time role based in San Francisco or New York.
