Our team brings together elite AI researchers, engineers, and strategists from Palantir, OpenAI, Apple, and the nation's top research laboratories. **Role Overview:** We are looking for talented AI Engineers to join our team and build the next generation of enterprise AI systems. You will work on developing, deploying, and optimizing AI models and integrating them into robust, scalable solutions for our F500 clients. **Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms. - Integrate AI/ML capabilities into Distyl's platform and client-specific applications. - Work with large datasets and develop data pipelines for model training and evaluation. - Collaborate with researchers to implement cutting-edge AI techniques. - Optimize models and systems for performance, scalability, and reliability in enterprise environments. - Contribute to the development of our core AI platform infrastructure. - Stay current with advancements in AI/ML research and engineering practices. **Qualifications:** - Strong programming skills, particularly in Python. - Experience with common ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). - Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and best practices. - Experience with data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools is a plus. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. **Ideal Candidate:** You are a skilled engineer with a passion for applying AI to solve real-world business problems. You have hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models and are comfortable working across the full AI development lifecycle.
