**Role Overview:**
We are seeking an AI Platform Engineer to build and maintain the core infrastructure that powers Distyl's AI development, deployment, and management capabilities (Distillery Platform). You will focus on creating robust, scalable, and efficient systems that enable our AI engineers and researchers to deliver cutting-edge solutions rapidly.

**Responsibilities:**
- Design, build, and operate scalable infrastructure for training, deploying, and monitoring AI/ML models.
- Develop and maintain tools and services for MLOps, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration.
- Work with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for platform components.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of the AI platform.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers and Researchers to understand their infrastructure needs.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management (Infrastructure as Code).

**Qualifications:**
- Strong experience in software engineering, backend development, or infrastructure engineering.
- Proficiency in languages like Python, Go, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts and tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
