Our team brings together elite AI researchers, engineers, and strategists from Palantir, OpenAI, Apple, and the nation's top research laboratories. **Role Overview:** As a Lead AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated AI solutions for our enterprise clients. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the architectural decisions that shape our AI systems and platform. **Responsibilities:** - Lead the design and implementation of complex AI/ML models and systems. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of AI engineers. - Architect scalable, robust, and maintainable AI solutions for enterprise deployment. - Collaborate closely with clients, strategists, and researchers to define technical approaches. - Drive best practices in software engineering, MLOps, and AI development. - Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from conception to production deployment and monitoring. - Contribute to the strategic direction of Distyl's AI technology. **Qualifications:** - Extensive experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and Python. - Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production-grade systems. - Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers. - Familiarity with MLOps practices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and distributed systems. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. - Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. **Ideal Candidate:** You are an experienced AI/ML expert with strong engineering and leadership skills. You excel at architecting complex systems and guiding teams to deliver high-quality results.
