**Role Overview:**
Distyl AI is seeking a Strategic Communications Leader to shape and amplify our narrative in the market. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that enhances our brand reputation, showcases our technological leadership, and supports our growth objectives within the enterprise AI space.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement an integrated communications strategy encompassing public relations, media relations, content marketing, internal communications, and executive communications.
- Craft compelling messaging and narratives that resonate with target audiences (clients, investors, partners, talent).
- Manage relationships with media outlets, analysts, and key influencers.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including press releases, blog posts, case studies, white papers, and website copy.
- Develop thought leadership platforms for key executives.
- Manage internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of communications initiatives.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a senior communications role, preferably in B2B technology, enterprise software, or AI.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic communications plans.
- Strong relationships with tech and business media/analysts.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with media relations, content marketing, and executive communications.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and project management skills.
