Company: DoShare Personal Cloud is a leading cloud storage solution provider focused on Personal Cloud services in parts of Asia and Europe. We are innovating in file sharing, building the next generation with modern tools.

Role: As a Founding Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping our core product and technology from the ground up. You'll be involved in designing, building, and scaling our next-generation file sharing platform using modern tools.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain core features of the DoShare personal cloud platform.
- Contribute significantly to architectural decisions and technology selection for a scalable and robust system.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to define product roadmap and technical strategy.
- Build and manage cloud infrastructure required for the storage solution.
- Help establish engineering best practices, development processes, and team culture from the ground up.

Technical Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer, preferably with experience in building distributed systems or cloud services.
- Strong proficiency in backend development (e.g., Go, Rust, Python, Java, Node.js).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and data storage principles.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of file systems, data synchronization, or network protocols is a plus.
