- Manage and grow Dragonfly's social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads) through strategic planning, scheduling, engagement, and reporting
- Own website copy evolution and collaborate with product and design teams for clarity and consistency
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for developers to C-level executives
- Stay ahead of emerging content formats and trends, proposing innovative ideas that resonate with target audiences
- Implement rapid testing and experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to optimize content performance
- Measure and report on content analytics, distilling insights into actionable recommendations
- Produce lightweight visuals and videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, Descript, or Figma
- Work cross-functionally with founders, product, engineering, and external partners to align content with strategic priorities

**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of content marketing or editorial experience, preferably in tech or startup environments
- Proven track record of creating and executing high-performing content across formats and platforms
- Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills with demonstrated ability to simplify technical topics
- Experience managing social media strategy and execution across multiple platforms
- Familiarity with performance metrics, attribution models, and content analytics tools
- Curiosity about platform trends (especially TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Threads)
- Strong visual sensibility and proficiency in content/design tools (Canva, Figma, CapCut, Descript)
- Self-starter with proven ability to take initiative in ambiguous situations

**What We Offer:**
- Opportunity to define and lead the content strategy for a high-potential stealth-mode startup
- Creative freedom in a high-trust, outcome-oriented culture
- Direct access to the founding team with significant influence on brand perception
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity package
- Private health insurance
- Hybrid or fully remote work options
- Fast-paced environment celebrating experimentation and iteration

**Compensation:** The estimated pay range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000. This role is eligible to participate in Dragonfly's equity plan. Benefits include unlimited PTO, professional development stipend, and wellness programs.

**Apply:** To apply, please submit your CV and a portfolio showcasing your best work (including at least one written piece and one visual or video asset). We value originality, clarity, and initiative over polished presentation.
