About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Content Marketing Producer to define, drive, and deliver our content marketing engine from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who combines big-picture thinking with strong execution, has a sharp editorial instinct, and thrives in fast-moving environments.

You’ll be responsible not only for producing multi-format content — including writing, visual, and video — but also for owning the content strategy, social media presence, and performance analytics. You’ll help shape our public narrative, amplify our voice across platforms, and directly support our go-to-market and brand-building efforts.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role with direct access to the founding team. You’ll play a key part in how the world first comes to understand and engage with what we’re building.

Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the overall content marketing strategy in alignment with our product, brand, and business goals.
Own the planning, creation, and distribution of content across formats — including blog articles, landing pages, short-form video, social media posts, whitepapers, and founder-driven storytelling.
Manage and grow Dragonfly’s social media presence across platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads), including scheduling, engagement, and reporting.
Own and evolve the company’s website copy and collaborate with product and design to ensure clarity and consistency.
Translate complex, technical ideas into clear, compelling narratives for a range of audiences — from developers to C-level execs.
Stay on top of emerging content formats and trends, proposing creative ideas that resonate with target audiences.
Implement rapid testing and experimentation (e.g., A/B or multivariate testing) to optimize content for engagement and conversion.
Measure and report on content and social media performance; distill insights into recommendations for continuous improvement.
Produce lightweight visuals and videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Descript, or Figma.
Work cross-functionally with the founding team, product, engineering, and external partners to align content with strategic priorities.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in content marketing or editorial roles, ideally in a startup or tech environment.
Proven track record of creating and executing high-performing content across formats and platforms.
Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills — particularly in simplifying technical topics.
Experience managing social media strategy and execution.
Familiarity with performance metrics, attribution models, and content performance tools.
Curiosity and fluency in platform trends — especially TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Threads.
Strong visual sensibility and proficiency in content/design tools (e.g. Canva, Figma, CapCut, Descript).
Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in ambiguity.
Bonus: experience with influencer marketing, developer marketing, or early-stage brand storytelling.
