Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional experience in backend engineering
- Proficiency in languages like Go, Node.js, and Perl
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Experience with database design and optimization
- Familiarity with containerization and cloud infrastructure
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
