Product Designer (Senior, Lead or Principal)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of intuitive, privacy-focused user experiences across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement design solutions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and visual designs that communicate complex ideas clearly
- Champion design systems and best practices across the organization
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in product design roles
- Proficiency in design tools and methodologies
- Strong visual design skills with a focus on typography, color, and interaction
- Experience with user research and testing methodologies
- Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating impact through design
