We help customers add dynamic elements to emails: timers, polls, personalized images, and more. The platform is profitable, growing, and shipping fast.

Role: We’re looking for a senior full-stack engineer with strong experience in React, Ruby, and AWS to take technical ownership of our fast-growing product. You’ll be working on enhancing our platform's capabilities, focusing on dynamic email elements.

Responsibilities:
*   Develop and maintain features across the full stack (React frontend, Ruby backend).
*   Leverage AWS services for infrastructure and deployment.
*   Take technical ownership of product components.
*   Collaborate effectively in a remote setting with minimal meetings (1-2 per week).
*   Utilize modern AI development tools (like Cursor, Windsurf) to enhance productivity and code quality.

Requirements:
*   Senior-level experience with React and Ruby development.
*   Proficiency with AWS.
*   Fluency with modern AI dev tools and prompting techniques. Must be comfortable discussing prompt strategies for large codebases.
*   Proven experience working in startups, building SaaS applications, or shipping personal projects/tools.
*   Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

This is a remote, full-time, B2B contract position. Compensation depends on experience and location.
