E2B is an open-source infrastructure development tool that provides AI agents with cloud computing resources known as sandboxes. As an [AI | Platform | Systems | Distributed Systems | Customer] Engineer at E2B, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and scaling the platform that powers AI agents. You will work on the distributed systems that enable AI agents to have their own cloud computers, and collaborate with customers to understand their needs and improve our product.

The Role: We are looking for an experienced engineer who can help us build the next generation of cloud computing tools for AI agents. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing distributed systems that enable AI agents to have their own cloud computers. You will work on the platform architecture, scale our infrastructure to handle millions of users, and collaborate with our customers to understand their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement distributed systems that enable AI agents to have their own cloud computers
• Work on the platform architecture to ensure scalability and reliability
• Collaborate with our customer success team to understand their needs and improve our product
• Optimize our infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to our technical culture

Requirements:

• Proven experience building distributed systems
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and containerization
• Experience with AI/ML systems and platforms
• Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Go, or Rust
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
