Head of Engineering

E2B is an open-source infrastructure development tool that provides AI agents with cloud computing resources known as sandboxes. As Head of Engineering at E2B, you will lead our engineering organization, set technical strategy, and drive innovation in our platform.

The Role: We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to join our team as Head of Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the technical vision, hiring and mentoring engineers, and driving the technical execution of our roadmap.

• Improve engineering processes and culture
• Hire and develop talent
• Represent engineering at the executive level

• Proven experience leading engineering teams
• Deep technical expertise in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
• Experience scaling engineering organizations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Visionary thinking and ability to drive innovation
