Tech Support Customer Service Technician

Key Responsibilities: As a Tech Support Medewerker, you will:

  • Answer technical questions about our products via email and phone
  • Evaluate warranty claims and determine appropriate resolutions
  • Research new products and suppliers
  • Provide technical guidance to customers
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to improve product support
