About The Role

As a Manager on the Growth Strategy team, you’ll own the most complex and ambiguous problems the team faces—setting strategic direction on how products and the platform are positioned, defining the engagement architecture that drives customer lifetime value, and leading go‑to‑market execution across major initiatives. Where the Senior Associate owns projects, you own problem spaces.

You’ll operate with broad autonomy and minimal direction. In a given week, you might define the positioning strategy for an entire product line, architect the end‑to‑end engagement system for a customer segment, shape the GTM approach for a major launch, and build the analytical framework that measures all of it. You’ll flex between setting direction and getting deep into execution—between crafting the narrative and building the infrastructure that delivers it at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Positioning & Value

  • Own zero‑to‑one positioning across product lines and platform capabilities—defining the strategic frameworks, narratives, and value architecture that shape how the market understands EliseAI and why it wins
  • Build the systems for ongoing market and customer insight—creating feedback loops from win/loss data, customer conversations, and market dynamics that keep positioning sharp and inform product direction

Customer Engagement & Growth

  • Own the engagement architecture—designing and scaling the automated systems, nurture programs, and data‑driven campaigns that drive measurable pipeline acceleration and customer lifetime value across segments
  • Set the analytical foundation for growth—establishing KPIs, building measurement frameworks, and driving a culture of optimization across all growth programs

Go‑to‑Market Execution

  • Lead go‑to‑market strategy for major launches and initiatives—serving as the connective tissue between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure new capabilities land with clarity, momentum, and commercial impact
  • Define and evolve the sales enablement strategy—ensuring our sales team has the positioning, materials, and training to communicate value effectively at every stage of the buyer journey
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership—directly influencing decisions on growth, market expansion, pricing, and customer value

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience, with a foundation in management consulting, investment banking, strategy & operations, or a high‑growth startup in a strategic or leadership capacity
  • Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, drive execution, and influence cross‑functionally
  • Strong slide‑builder and effective in Excel/Sheets; SQL and scripting experience are valuable
  • Excellent communicator; clear, direct, and confident in front of both executives and customers
  • Comfortable in fast‑moving, high‑accountability environments
  • Ambition to grow into a leadership role, or start a company someday; you see this as the best crash course in building a sales org
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4 days a week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $180,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
