About The Role: We are looking for a talented Front-End Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the user interfaces for our AI agent platform. Your focus will be on creating performant, maintainable, and user-friendly web applications that enable our users to interact with our technology effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement responsive and high-performance user interfaces
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate front-end components with APIs
• Ensure the maintainability and scalability of the front-end codebase
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and best practices
• Implement “secure by default” web application security measures
• Drive the design and implementation of user experience improvements
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques
• Knowledge of state management and RESTful API design
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Experience with build tools and task runners (Webpack, Gulp)
• Understanding of web security best practices
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX design skills

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development
• Proven ability to create maintainable and scalable web applications
• Experience with performance optimization for complex web applications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for front-end deployment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Compensation: The estimated pay range for this role is $130,000 - $180,000, plus equity participation.

Work Arrangement:

• Full-time: 6-day work week in our San Francisco office with lunch/dinner provided
• Contract: Remote and part-time options available
