We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our remote-first team. This role bridges the gap between technical development and sales/customer success. Responsibilities include understanding complex customer needs in the energy and sustainability space, demonstrating how EnergyCAP solutions (including UtilityManagement, SmartAnalytics, CarbonHub) meet those needs, providing technical expertise during the sales process, assisting with proof-of-concepts and implementations, and gathering customer feedback for product improvement. The ideal candidate has a technical background (software engineering, data analysis, energy management), excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably within the energy tech, sustainability reporting, or B2B SaaS sectors.
