Medical Device Account Executive
EnsoData is seeking a Medical Device Account Executive to join our fast-growing team. This role is pivotal in expanding our reach in the healthcare market by building strong relationships with sleep clinicians and health systems. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a passion for healthcare and a proven ability to excel in a sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Strive to exceed the monthly revenue quota and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and qualify leads, and convert them into closed deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects in the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with marketing and Sales Engineer teams to create tailored solutions for customer needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with leadership to ensure profitability.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Partner with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Travel to industry conferences and trade shows to represent EnsoData and generate leads.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical device industry, with a focus on sleep medicine or healthcare solutions.
- Demonstrated success in closing business with health systems and organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot is preferred).
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Experience in remote and hybrid work environments.
- Enthusiasm for EnsoData’s mission and technology.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $83,000 to $90,000, plus uncapped commission for a target compensation of $220k+ annually.
