Ephemera builds XMTP, the largest & most secure decentralized messaging network, providing enterprise-grade secure messaging powered by decentralization.

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer for Partner Enablement. This is a highly technical, product-minded engineer who is passionate about supporting integrators and key partners building with XMTP. You will act as a crucial link between the core XMTP technology and the developers integrating it into their applications.

Responsibilities:
- Provide deep technical guidance and support to key partners and developers integrating XMTP.
- Develop sample applications, documentation, tutorials, and tooling to improve the developer experience.
- Gather feedback from partners to inform product and protocol development.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business development teams.
- Represent XMTP technically within the developer community.

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong software engineering background with broad technical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Product-minded with an ability to understand partner needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Passionate about developer experience and supporting other engineers.
- Experience with APIs, SDKs, and developer relations or solutions engineering is a plus.
- Cryptographically-minded and privacy-conscious.
- Familiarity with Web3 technologies is beneficial.
