Role: We are seeking a senior or lead level Bioinformatician/Biomedical Data Engineer to join our fully remote team. You will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining the data pipelines and infrastructure that power our AI platform, focusing on biomedical and life science data. Responsibilities include processing large-scale datasets, integrating diverse data sources (genomics, clinical trials, publications), developing data models (including Knowledge Graphs), and ensuring data quality and integrity.

Technical Skills: Strong experience with bioinformatics tools and databases. Proficiency in Python and/or Rust. Experience with SQL and Knowledge Graphs. Familiarity with data processing frameworks like Airflow. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), containerization (K8s), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible). Understanding of AI/ML concepts is a plus. A solid grasp of computer science fundamentals (e.g., data structures, algorithms, system design) is expected.
