We are a team of scientists, engineers, and life science veterans aiming to decentralize AI solutions for the life sciences, create more efficient drug discovery, and help bring better treatments to market faster. Our platform helps researchers explore complex biomedical knowledge and connect data across disciplines.

Role: We are seeking a senior or lead level Product Manager to join our fully remote team. You will own key areas of the Epistemic AI platform, driving product strategy, roadmap definition, and execution. You will work closely with customers (scientists, researchers), engineers, designers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, define requirements, prioritize features, and guide products from conception to launch and iteration.

Responsibilities: Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Gather and synthesize user feedback. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Write detailed product requirements and user stories. Prioritize backlog based on business value and user needs. Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout the development lifecycle. Define and analyze metrics to measure product success.

Ideal Candidate: You have a proven track record as a Product Manager, ideally working on complex data-intensive or AI-driven products, preferably in the life sciences, biotech, or scientific software domain. You are customer-obsessed, possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, and excel at communication and collaboration. You are demonstrably tenacious, resilient, and relentless in pursuing solutions. You thrive when challenged and have the drive to build something incredible from the ground up. You are competitive yet collaborative, strive for excellence, possess passion and compassion, and have deep empathy for customers and colleagues. Senior or lead level experience is required.
