Role: As a Senior Software Engineer at ESG Book, you'll play a key role in building scalable, high-performance software solutions that drive our mission. You will design, develop, and deploy software applications, including custom ETL tools, and enhance data collection and analytics pipelines. You'll work with microservices architectures and utilize Kubernetes and Docker for containerisation and orchestration.

Responsibilities:
- Build scalable, high-performance applications using Go/Golang and Python.
- Design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions.
- Develop custom ETL tools and enhance data pipelines.
- Design and implement microservices architectures.
- Utilise Kubernetes and Docker for cloud-native applications.
- Contribute to process improvements and system evolution.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative environment.

Ideal Candidate: A driven software engineer passionate about making an impact in a high-growth, purpose-driven company. You possess strong technical expertise in Go/Golang and Python, experience with microservices, containerisation (Kubernetes, Docker), and data pipelines.
