We are a growing family of highly technical idealists on a practical mission to fix the broken information ecosystem by solving search. Our team works with cutting-edge technology, including our own cluster of H200s and SOTA self-supervised search models.

We are seeking an experienced Growth Lead to join our Go-To-Market team onsite in San Francisco, CA.

**Role & Responsibilities:**
Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention for Exa's API and platform. Identify key growth levers and opportunities through data analysis and experimentation. Manage marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., content, SEO, paid, community). Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to align growth initiatives with product development and sales goals. Track and report on key growth metrics.

**Ideal Candidate:**
*   Passionate about AI, search technology, and driving growth for technical products.
*   Proven track record in a growth marketing or product growth role, preferably at a B2B SaaS or developer-focused company.
*   Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and A/B testing.
*   Experience with various growth channels and tactics.

*   Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
*   Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
*   Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, CA for onsite work.
