Company: Exa Labs Inc. is a San Francisco-based company building a search engine for AIs. We are a family of highly technical idealists aiming to fix the information ecosystem by solving search and bringing knowledge into AI apps.

Role: We are hiring a Growth Lead to drive our Go-to-Market strategy in San Francisco.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and overall growth for Exa's API and platform. Analyze user data and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Experiment with different channels and tactics (e.g., content marketing, SEO, community building, partnerships, paid acquisition). Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with product development and business goals.

Requirements: Proven track record in a growth role (e.g., Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, Product-Led Growth), preferably at a B2B SaaS or developer-focused company. Strong analytical skills and experience with growth metrics and tools. Experience with various growth channels and experimentation methodologies.
