Company: Exa Labs Inc. is a San Francisco-based company building a search engine for AIs, enabling developers to integrate the world's knowledge into their AI apps via our API.

Role: We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our Go-to-Market team in San Francisco.

Responsibilities: Act as the primary technical resource for the sales team and prospective customers. Understand customer requirements and articulate the technical value proposition of Exa's API. Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and proof-of-concepts (POCs). Help customers integrate Exa's API into their applications, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support during the pre-sales and onboarding phases. Bridge the gap between customer needs and the product/engineering teams.

Requirements: Strong technical background, likely with experience in software development, data science, or a similar field. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant). Familiarity with APIs and AI/ML concepts is a plus.
