Company: Exa Labs Inc. is a San Francisco-based company building a search engine for AIs, enabling developers to integrate the world's knowledge into their AI apps via our API. Role: We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Go-to-Market team in San Francisco. Responsibilities: Drive sales revenue by managing the full sales cycle for Exa's API product. Identify and qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, present Exa's value proposition, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new customers (primarily developers and companies building AI applications). Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Product teams. Achieve and exceed sales quotas. Requirements: Proven track record of success in a B2B SaaS sales role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Experience selling technical products, particularly APIs, AI/ML tools, or developer platforms. Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ideal Candidate: Highly motivated, results-driven sales professional with a passion for technology and AI. Understands how to sell to technical buyers and articulate the business value of an API product. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
