Staff Frontend Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of responsive, user-friendly interfaces for our collectibles marketplace.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex requirements into elegant frontend solutions.
• Optimize frontend performance to ensure fast loading times and smooth interactions, even during high-traffic events.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to improving development processes and standards.
• Stay at the forefront of frontend technologies and advocate for adopting innovative solutions.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across various devices.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience (8+ years) building complex, interactive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Mastery of React, TypeScript, and related ecosystem tools (e.g., Redux, Webpack).
• Strong understanding of state management, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive design principles and CSS methodologies (e.g., CSS-in-JS).
• Solid grasp of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex frontend issues.
